Powerplay P2 : Very practical headphone amp
Great for connecting e.g. a effect pedal that lacks headphone output to headphones, for the times you just want to experiment on the road or on your couch. Good sound quality, and has more that enough power. Low general noise level. Stereo input using a standard insert cable (2xTS -> TRS).
Only cons (barely):
- If you turn it up to near max volume (so loud it would hurt your ears) you can hear a slight high frequency noise/tone. But it's not possible to hear this noise at normal listening levels.
- I wish it had 6.3mm headphone output instead of 3.5mm. But I guess that would make it too big.
