Console 1 Mk 2 : An absolute "Must-Have" for mixing

This unit is absolutely brilliant! Robust construction, logical workflow and the SSL 4000e mixing strip that comes with it is fantastic. I've seen these comparisons on Youtube between Softube and the Waves SSL plugin. There are some suttle differences but who will say which comes closest to the real thing. Fact is that it just sounds great. I use the Console 1 mk2 together with an Icon qcon pro control surface and feel this kind of config works great for me. A great added extra is that once you've registered your Console 1, you regularly get promotional mails that get you other Softube product for serious reduced prices.
