Maschine MK3 Black : Be warned of the NI After Care and bugs in Maschine Software

Be warned that whilst the Maschine MK3 is in fact a nice looking bit of kit and can be an nice beat making hardware/software combination, the huge downside is the software. The process to install the huge amounts of data for software, plugins and samples etc is painful. The main software Maschine is very buggy and tends to crash. You will only find this out after you have purchased and installed Native Access installer and created your online accounts with NI...and when you begin to see in forums that many people have to wait over a week for support and are experiencing software crashes. I dont think i would invest in NI equipment again based on experience of customer care which is my most important part of buying any product even if it costs 1euro or 1000euros.
