Pitchblack Custom BK : Noisy ?

Mine is noisy when I put it on the pedalboard. Also noisy with a battery. I also noticed it changes the tone a little (it really shouldn't)..I don't understand why.

I will edit my review when I try it with a different power supply.

The manual says 600mA PSU minimal and maybe that's the problem - I don't have 600mA (but who does??). The screen probably is the reason for such big power needs.

*EDIT: There's no noise on 500mA PSU but the pedal pops (loud click noise) when engaged. I don't recommend this tuner.

Also when I'm drunk I can't remember if I have to aim for the green line or the blue line on the display when tuning.

**EDIT 2: After using it for a couple of months... I got used to it. It doesn't pop anymore since I made some changes on the pedalboard (i don't know what helped exactly). I used it live ..the display is bright and good. But I still have trouble reading the lines so I think my tuning is slower than it could be. It's a good tuner overall

Bad things - 500 mA needed for the display

- lines on the display hard to read for people with eye problems
