Nanoweb Light : Just as expected - great strings, I prefer them to the non-Nano

Fast delivery, and a great product - tone is much nicer than the older Elixir. Brighter and more punchy.

I love these strings, as I might go a little while without playing my guitar and want to know that I'll be able just to pick up and play - not have to clean the strings, or more likely change them.

I do think if I was judging solely on tone, I'd go for the traditional set, but given my requirements (i.e. longer life), I'm happy with the very slight compromise. In real terms, there's very little difference. I think there's a certain "feel" that you get when you use these strings (because of the coating), but that's something you'll forget about in a matter of minutes. It's not that it's necessarily bad, just different.
