Nanoweb Light : Lasting, sounding, lasting, sounding, ...

... lasting, sounding - that's what they are made for and what they do! Elixirs are widely known for being one of the longest lasting strings produced and they are not disappointing me.

I tried different brands and kinds of strings, but I always come back to 10-46 Elixirs. I use standard tuning with these strings and I'm lazy. I didn't change strings very often and still I don't. But no problem with these strings! For normal use these last up to one year and still are sounding good. A new set of Elixirs then only gives back extra brightness.

I don't say these are the best sounding strings, because they have quite much treble when fresh, which gets a little better/less after some weeks/months. Just a matter of taste. Also they feel a little slippery at first, because other strings get a little sticky after some time. On the other hand sliding works very well - and still after a year!

Miricale in durability with a little more treble - which both can be to your favor!
