HD-681 B : Superlux HD-681 B

I was looking for a budget set of headphones to mix on for some projects for college. It was for the advance mixing portion of my degree. I was recommended these headphones by a classmate. I found them to be quite neutral and had a great level of dynamics through all of the frequency ranges. I found them to be quite truthful. I also found that in the low ranges they did not have an overly prominent bass response. I have used them when working 'on the go' with my laptop and at home in my studio. They were used on five projects for college ranging from Rock to Acoustic music and I feel they were more than adequate for the task. They have a sound build quality and also a screw on jack adapter. For the money all in all I would give them 5 out of 5
