AudioBox 96 Studio Ult 25th An : Presonus has THE worst customer service I have EVER come across....
I could only install the software after about a week, because it was already registered. Took ages to get a working solution from customer support.
I'm fairly happy with the hardware. But the software is just too buggy. Music slows down slightly on some part of the playback yet not on the mixdowns. crackles I can't get rid of. Crashes a lot too.
I've spent more time checking forums and YouTube video's for solutions (mostly unsolved to this day) then I have making music. It's just such a chore and I rarely actually open it up or try to record. If I knew in the end it wasn't the bargain it appeared to be I would have saved up and bought Cubase.
