SPD::ONE Kick : Sturdy and good for gigging.
I switched from using a Porchboard to one of these as my on-stage stompbox, and while I like the build quality and range of sounds, I only really use the #4 setting. The one thing I don't like is that my foot was level on the Porchboard as it had an extra part for my heel. This is at an angle and so even with a heel support, it's not as intuitive for my foot to stomp on. I think for a dummer/percussionist this would great on a rack mount, but people using it with their feet might need to think about how to make it feel right on stage..
