MG-30 : Nux Mg30 review

Home use and in band. I use it with a 1x12 cab + a pre-tube head.

I've got the MG300 as well, but wanted something more flexible.

I play music 30+ years and owned dozens of guitars, amps, effects.

Even owned other chinese multies like: Ampero, or GE200 etc...

This one is far the best among them. I liked the MG300 as well, but that was good just for home practice/record.

The better IRs, the bigger screen, the felxible chain, the more buttons may raise someone's interest and I can tell you it worths every penny.

As for sound the strongest points are the well detailed and dynamic crunch and those satisfying high gains.

Its fun to check the load of the two processors at each patch.

I miss a good detune effect.

Probably the next generation will work with dual chains and may have two expression pdls out or may have more buttons.
