12152 Nanoweb Heavy : The best strings ever

These strings just won't wear out. They stay sparkly and bright for ridiculously long time. I had one set for a year with daily playing and the only reason I had to change them was that the fretboard itself started to require cleaning so the strings were in the way. This 12-52 set has a wound 3rd string which sounds cool for palm muting and is easier to keep in tune than a same gauge plain string because the core wire is thinner.

I used these in D-tuning (one whole step down) on a 25.5 inch scale guitar and the feel was solid. Not the tightest but enough for precise metal riffing. If you like the bright clang of new strings to stay longer, these are the ones to go.
