Audio Express : One of the best featured and built interfaces for the money
Used as my main soundcard/interface when at university studying music. Build quality is of a high standard and the sound is uncoloured with no signal loss to your monitors.
The inputs are very good and the layout is simple to use.
The added software that comes within the unit is very handy especially the waterfall style analyzer which will assist you in finding what frequency your individual hits and synths are at and if there overlapping too much.
At this price there are no cons buy this and get yourself a decent set of monitors and your'e away ( i used Genelec 8030's with this MOTU)
