8 : Useless product if you run OS X

This was a very poor product experience. Firstly the features and package seem good for the price, the packaging and presentation is also very premium. The product itself is all plastic and there is some movement on some panels. I installed the software on my 2019 macbook pro running the lastest OS X big sur. Upon connecting the device I was asked to update firmware as the software require,, unfortunately this wouldn't work and it kept saying it cannot connect to the EVO 8. I contact support, they said try another cable, try another computer, try manual firmware update. They said there is a problem with their software/firmware and Big Sur.

I tried all their suggestions including trying running the firmware update on my friends macbook running catalina. Also failed. Support really weren't much help at all, completely useless product and quite surprised a big company like this have a product out there that they know doesn't work with the current OS from Apple.
