Powerplay P16-M Personal Mixer : Compact and Easy to Use

Use

I've been using 3 of these units for about 7 months as part of my touring rig for alt-pop/dreampop band, Emerger. We use it to have control of our wireless IEM mixes. I power each of these units via a P16-I input unit via the Ultranet ports. I wish though that these P16-M units could also work without having to be patched with Ultranet. It would be incredible if they could receive audio via normal Ethernet ports and cables.

Pros

Easy to use. Plug and play. The limiter works great. 16 channels is more than you'll need. Power and audio supplied via ethernet cable. Good sounding too. EQ is helpful, especially for in-ears that lack bass.

Cons

Can only be used with Behringer proprietary Ultranet compatible devices, like the P16-I, P16-D and X-Air XR18. It would be great if the unit would ship with the mounting bracket for mounting to stands. This is sold separately.
