PA 108 A : fine for the price, with annoying oversights

I ordered a pair because I needed a cheap spare set for PA (small dance lessons), stage returns, and rehearsals. It's cheap and it's mostly all right, but I returned them for several reasons:

- They're heavy (10Kg each) and have no handle. Meaning you can carry only one at a time, and you need to carry it in both arms. That means two trips for two speakers, without carrying anything else.

- They're loudish, but with no margin for when you need an extra couple of decibels.

- To install as horizontal stage monitors, you need an included plastic stand, that begs to be broken or lost.

- There is no hole for tripod mounting

- I'll admit the sound is pleasantly dry, but that's only OK if you don't need bass.
