SD2 Bolero Maple -Wood- : Light and nice for jazz, good feel, but tend to break when hitting symbals hard

I like these sticks, although I personally prefer heavier sticks for more power and for more difficulty and efficiency in practising 1) speed and power, and on the other hand, 2) practising quiet playing (which is naturally harder with heavier sticks).

However, for fast and/or quiet rudimental stuff, jazz etc. these sticks apply. The sound from a ride symbal with these is much more beautiful than with heavier 2B. The tip is very small and round, which gives a very compact feel and nice rudimental touch, although I miss the weight.

There is nothing wrong with these, but I prefer slightly sturdier and heavier sticks like standard 2B for better feel and chance to get higher volume than with these. Although, this pair feels very good in hand and is of great quality (expect all sticks so far broke eventually, straight in half Vertically (in the long direction), which is pretty interesting)
