GS-Travel Mahogany : Good sound, unplayable even after work

So, what did I expect from a $80 guitar? Not much, to be honest, and boy did it deliver. Fretwork is abysmal, sharp and uneven, even after hours of leveling and polishing it still buzzes. I replaced the saddle with a TUSQ one, but still had to use 2 of the 3 included horrendous plastic shims, the slot is so deep. String spacing is wrong, the high E string cuts my finger when playing barre cords.

As it is, this guitar won't even work as a cheap campfire instrument, it is amazingly hard to play well due to the frets.
