Band Of Gypsys Fuzz Face Mini : Instant Hendrix tone

This is just wonderful. Instantly gives you late Hendrix tone (think Woodstock, Atlanta and Fillmore East gigs) - but is great for his earlier stuff too. In case you don't like or can't deal with all the problems that "real fuzz face" has, this is a perfect pedal.

Works brilliantly into clean-ish and dirty amp as well. Wah wah in front of it sounds wonderful too.

Compared to traditional fuzz face which is a different circuit, this does not clean up in such a nice way - at least to me it goes from "slight but noticeable fuzz" to completely clean in an instant, without that crunchy transition like many real fuzz faces have. I don't miss it in this pedal but maybe you can find combination of settings that does this too.

Only thing I would change is the bright blue LED - it gets annoying and I will either replace it for red one or cut it out.

Overall, I like this very much and it is going to stay on my pedalboard.
