SC-Custom II Active White : Had my expectatioons set pretty low and still got dissaponted

I really wanted to get a Harley Benton after all the positive words I've heard about them around the internet but I really am disappointed with this one.

I don't care very much about the visual defects like the janky binding or the small dings in the body. What really disappoints me is the extreme buzzing I get all over the fretboard, the kind of buzzing that you can hear through the amp. Even after spending some time trying to find a balance between action and buzz with the truss rod and bridge adjustments I still wasn't able to find a good spot. Also, the frets seem leveled enough to not be the cause of this.

As I really want to have a Harley Benton, I'm currently waiting for a response from support about returning this model and trying to get something else, hopefully playable.
