VT999 : Good alternative for the tube preamp.

I've been using this with solid state amp as an preamp and must say it does work really well.

The "drive" it produces can vary between slight saturation to kind of early 80' heavy metal.

There are two things I would change about this product.

1st: switch between clean and drive or something like boost

2nd: it should have been 18v instead 9v (that would turn this vintage tube monster into modern higain monster:)

Would recomend it to anyone who's looking for cheap and good sounding drive.
