HBV 990BEM 4/4 Electric Violin : Great for the money

Although my experience with electric violins is limited to one previous model of similar price, this seems like a good option for those looking to learn. The electric tone is clear and neutral, the tuning pegs work as expected, the surfaces are smooth, and there isn't much unamplified volume (great for those of us with neighbors). The bow could probably be a bit better, but for the cost, there's nothing to complain about. The finish is attractive as well, and I think it's a great choice for the price point.
