HB-35Plus LH Cherry : First HB guitar - Amazing quality and value for money - Charging way too little

So this is my first Harley Benton guitar, ordered on a saturday and arrived in ireland on the following monday. Well packaged and secure, when i opened the box i was surprised by the lovely colour of the body and binding, its more of a brighter red than cherry, and the flame stripe is much more noticeable than the website photos show, even though its subtle at the same time. Really nice knobs and controls, good feel to them and the humbucker covers are really shiny, not a single mark or imperfection on the body either, perfect paint and finish.

The fretboard is also noticeably lighter coloured than the website photos and its gorgeous too, as are the tuners and headstock. The f holes are nicely shaped, although the wiring loom is visible through the top one, i assume i can just tuck it away but its also very well done with tightly bounded connectors and neat arrangement.

It sounds fantastic both acoustically and when plugged in, with a wide range of tones achievable with the two split coil options and Prs-Esque knobs. In the box was the QC check card and surprisingly, a free guitar chord, one with an L shaped end, which i hadn't thought of, the ones in the house are all straight ended and this is much better.

So yeah, if you want a guitar that looks like an Epiphone/Gibson 335, or in our case a Gretsch Electromatic Hollowbody in a hard tail configuration, this is definitely the one to go for.
