SC-Junior Black : It's great - and not just for the price.

I was very pleased that this guitar lived up to the hype. I also have a much more expensive Canadian-made Godin Summit SG single P90 and I've decided to sell it because I honestly prefer the SC-Junior. Playability is about the same and I prefer the sound.

Fretwork was perfect and intonation pretty much spot on out of the box and it holds tuning very well. I've played a Gibson Les Paul Junior Tribute DC recently and it was not a patch on this.

The volume and tone knobs work extremely well, give a huge range of tones (essential when you've only got one pickup) and feel sturdy and smooth.

Yes the knobs on the tuners are a bit too white (a more vintage off-while would look killer) but I'm splitting hairs here. It's a really great guitar.
