HD-681 : Great headphones But..

As Stated these headphone do sound great! they have an ultra low bass response which is great, especially for people making deep electronic music. 10hz! That's a lot lower than even most good stereo's go! And the response seems very even all the way up to the high frequency's. And the headphones themselves are rather comfortable and they fit my big head. and comes with a nice long wire that come out of the left side. my only issue is with the connector, the 3.5mm connector has a screw end that screws into the supplied 3.5mm to 6.2mm adapter. This seems like a good idea to keep it secure, but on the pair i received the connector was faulty and crackly! All most as if it was not able to be fully inserted. Alas with a different adapter the headphones seem to work fine! I'm not sure if this is just the pair i was sent but it is rather annoying!
