G112 Celestion V30 : I mean, It's pretty good.

Back story. Former touring musician, former studio manager, gave up the touring rig, etc. Looking to build up some good value items for home recording.

I'm playing with mini amp heads, like Joyo Bantamps for the most part. This is a great little cab to push with them. It eats up the power these little heads put out and I can really push it and get great sounds from it.

I would have liked there to be a closed back option (didn't need a 2x12, which is closed back) so I may end up refitting a new back panel for it to close it off.

Cosmetically, yeah, it's a little rinky dink. It's not as clean as my old Orange and Boogie cabs. I don't know how it would hold up to traveling use to shows but nothing really holds up unless you get it in a road case and haul it around protected. An uncased guitar sharing a blanket with a cabinet in the back of your mom's minivan is going to go through the grill no matter the brand.
