SA 263 Collider Delay+ Reverb : One of the best reverbs and delays out there

I was in need of a combined reverb and delay unit to use in my home synthesizer setup, preferably as an insert with the mixer. After considering multiple options I decided to choose this one and I never looked back.

First of all, the sound quality of this pedal is amazing! 5 stars is not enough to rate this. You can go from very subtle sounds to over the top, this one does it all.

Secondly, some of the features make it perfectly for a synthesizer setup. It has midi so you can send parameter changes from your daw or groovebox and it follows the tempo so rhythmic effects with the delay can be done easily. It has the option to cut the dry signal completely, which makes it perfect as an insert for a mixer.

I do have some issues with the controls. There are just a few parameters on the pedal itself and these are shared between the delay and reverb. A toggle switch let's you choose which one of the two you are editing. All the other controls are inside the software and are only accessible if you connect to a computer or iPhone (other phones are supposed to work too but I haven't been able to get it to work). I understand that this is what you get if you want all of this in a small pedal, but it is something to take in mind.

The amount of options you have in the software is great, you can really tweak anything.

So yes, this is not a cheap pedal, but what you get in return is more than worth the money in my opinion. A great pedal with so many options, anyone should be able to make this work for himself.
