22" EQ3 Resonant Bass Drum BK : Well-rounded sound, great product!
I use this head with my GMAD on my 22" bass drum and it's a great pairing!
Can't say much about a resonant head, however the porthole is definitely a big plus as you don't have to cut any holes yourself in the head. You can fit a mic in there and reach for something like a shirt or a towel if you want more resonance.
My bass drum is tuned quite evenly, this head is pretty loose and even though I use a sonitus kicker and the thick GMAD ring it still gives me a nice boom.
I definitely recommend it, it is the perfect resonant head!
