I fell in love with this splash the moment it arrived. I also have two smaller models of this splash, which are also of great quality, but this one is at that perfect place between a crash and a splash where it can fill both roles. Currently, it sits right in the middle of my kit above the toms, and it provides that extra variant to add extra flare to my drumming. The sound isn't too resonant, almost like it doesn't have a tone at all, but it's so even and with a nice decay. Even the bell produces little resonance - quite the peculiar sound, but in a good way!
Well made solid cymbal with a balanced sound. Totally worth the buy.
