EXL220TP : Solid strings in a double package

This set of strings offers two set with a reduced price. Even in a single package these strings are very low price in reference to the quality they offer. This make this double set exellence in terms of price. The quality of the strings is very good. As they are nickel strings they have not that much high end compared to the steel version of this strings. Moreover they loss the high end faster than the steel version. I prefer a bit less high end as I have a very modern active bass that has already very much high end. I would advice these strings to player that prefer a more vintage sound. The soft touch of this strings make them very nice to the fingers which a very positive feature in my opinion. The are not as rough as the steel version. I like the feeling. Cheers
