G5 Infinium : Combine with pedals to make it a beast

Combined with some pedals and a 4x12 cab this amp really sounds like a beast.

I play Pantera; Carcass; Metallica; Steel Panther; Megadeth; Lamb of God and more through this amp. This amp combined with some overdrive; distortion; noisegate pedals this amp really will deliver what you need even at 0.1W and 1W this is loud enough for a bedroom. The 1W delivers the punch while the volume is not yet too high. 0.1W gives you a very nice volume to practice late while maintaining most of its heavy riffing or soloing character.

Pros:

-This price is insanely low for this piece of equipment

-A good basis for use of pedals (for example the harley benton Ultimate Drive to obtain a great metal sound while keeping it budget)

-A sturdy footswitch

-Feels well built for the price

Cons:

-Really needs pedals to come alive
