CTA2S-BK Compact Tambourine : Excellent sound, good value and well made
For the size this tambourine delivers a powerful sound. It's very comfortable in the hand, weighted well and the sound is controllable. It produces a full range sound for such a small instrument, a downside perhaps is that it's hard to produce softer and quiet beats or shakes without a lot of practice. I chose this model over others based on reviews, price as I was looking for my first introduction into percussion instruments and wanted a general purpose tambourine. Very happy and I'm sure it will last many years.
