Beatpad 2 : Exceptionally built compact DJ Controller with full support for Djay Pro

A very well built mid sized DJ controller with abundance of features aimed at Djay Pro users!

I've been using Reloop Beatpad 2 for a few months now together with Djay Pro for Mac. I am also using KRK RP5's for monitoring. Beatpad 2 is my main DJ Controller I use for club dates and making of mixtapes, edits and remixes.

Pros:

-Setup is incredible easy. If using Djay Pro (OsX or iOS) is a plug and play. (It also has a full support for VirtualDJ. Mappings for Traktor & Serato are found on Reloop's webpage).

-Features are of the wall. You use those 8 pads for hot cues, loops, FX, sampler and slicing. The functions are controlled with the use of shift button and jog wheel.

-Native support for iPad, iPhone and Android gives me a backup in case of computer crash. (I use iPhone).

-Sturdy built full metal casing. The sliders and rotary knobs are of very good quality (Reloop offers an option to customize the color of you knobs by purchasing additional caps).

- Jog Wheel is of superb quality. Very good for scratching.

- Pads are very responsive. Together with the Beatpad 2 you'll get a discount voucher for yearly subscription to Melodics - a learning software for pad users.

All in all a quality professional DJ controller well worth the money!
