G5622T-140 Electromatic SP : You can't go wrong with that guitar :)

Purchased few months ago and I can say it was THE deal :)

I wanted G5622T for some time but I always felt like available finish options are not that appealing to me. And then I heard there is 140th anniversary edition. It looked amazing in videos and photos. I needed to have it!

When it came it was well packaged and secured with double boxing.

Surprisingly it was setup well enough to just tune it and play it from a get go.

In person guitar looks stunning! If you are into metallic type of finishes you will love the top. Matching headstock with looks great as well. Sides and back (including neck) is kind of sparkly white. It looks good IMO. The only thing that feels a bit cheap are pickup covers but overall they fit estetically.

Guitar is heavier than I thought it would be (taking into account it is hollow body) and size is something you need to consider before buying. I can see some people not liking it purely because of dimensions and weight (it feels almost as heavy as LTD EC-1000 and way heavier than Ibanez AZS2209H-PBM).

When it comes to playability and tones I find this guitar to be very comfortable and sound quality is very good. I had no problems with pickups being microphonic. They sound very good to me.

Oh, did I mention it looks stunning? :)

For me it was a perfect buy. I'm very satisfied with quality and price of this guitar and I would recommend it to anyone considering purchase of hollowbody.
