This is my 2nd bantamp already owning the vivo/5150 clone but I wanted that heaver/mesa boogie drive.the xl version gives you a bit more variation on tone having tone and gain+volume for both clean n drive channels giving you the ability to nicely balance the volume between the two channels.it has pre amp valve like vivo and I think they sound great. Obviously its not a mesa boogie dual rectifier but for £125 and for a home player its pretty darn close.build qaulity from joyo is good and solid.and these things are loud for there size.8ohm cab is needed but it can run 16ohm but is weakened in output at 16ohm.
