I’ve a number of HB Tele & Strat models and a number of Contemporary Squiers too, let me tell you, there is no comparison with the build quality, HB is simply in a different league, and I mean better to avoid confusion. Your typical Squier Contemporary is so bad it doesn’t even qualify as a heavily discounted B Stock model, I bought 3 Contemporaries, all bad, sold the lot. Save for a few tweaks the HB’s have been great straight out of the box and the TE 62 is a classic example of what Harley Benton does best, take a great design, make it better, make it affordable so evryone can enjoy it!
