EJ27N : These strings sound and feel great!
I will not be able to provide an expert opinion on these strings because I primarily play electric guitar, and I only “torture” my classical from time to time. However, based on my limited experience with these strings, I would not have any qualms recommending them to others. They sound just like I am used to classical guitars sounding, and the tension on my full-size guitar feels rather well balanced string-to-string. As I have mentioned previously, I do not play that often, but they seem to hold up pretty well compared to the strings that had come with the guitar. The only issue I have ever had with them was when I left my guitar in its case with the strings under full tension and, after a year or so, was very surprised to discover that the wound ones had unraveled. However, based on a quick online search, it appears to be an issue with all nylon strings in general, so D'Addario is not to be blamed. Other than that, they are great! I especially love the sealed packaging because it allows me to buy a few packages at a time without worrying that the strings will oxidize in storage.
