The Duke Of Tone : A bit pricey but great overdrive

You get what you expect classic bluesbreaker scheme with Analogman twist. Transparent, airy smooth overdrive or boost. Great for stacking. In OD you would not get much volume boost, and dist mode is a bit too compressed. But I experienced the same thing when I had original KoT. Overall you got nice low to mid gain overdrive. A tad pricey, but Analogman needs his royalty too, I suppose. And do not forget about treble trimpot inside. Original KoT delivered with treble all the way down, but DoT comes with treble halfway up. So, if DoT feels too trebbly, you can tame it with internal trimpot adjustment.
