All Around Solid Combo Amplifier
This amplifier has served me well in many situations. I use it to amplify my upright bass at gigs, sometimes with a pickup and sometimes with a microphone. I've also used it as a stage monitor and to amplify vocals. With three channels it is quite versatile. The sound quality is so good that I even enjoy listening to music on it. I had to get a voltage converter to use it in the USA but it was worth it. Wish they made a version that runs on 120V/60hz. Only downsides are that it is a little heavy and unbalanced around the handle and so a little awkward to carry, but it's a minor thing. It has a very good low end, although the very low 20-50 hertz range is just a little less powerful than I would ideally like. The nominal frequency response bottoms out at 30hz, which is a little strange for an amp made for bass. Still a good combo amp overall that works well for bass, other acoustic instruments, and even vocals and music.
