Excellent, honest speaker for small/medium rooms
Tested these against Genelec 8340, Eve Audio SC307 and many others. These speakers sound expertly balanced across the range and everything is super percise, accurate, fast and still silky smooth. These speakers never offend your ears, even if you hear some serious flaws in a mix. Best detail I have heard. Bass is very fast, accurate and directed towards the listener. Music sounds extremely organic & lifelike with them. It's almost like the speakers have dissapeared, they have no special kinks or flaws - just pure in all aspects. Beautiful, extremely percise stereo imaging and depth.
These speakers are my perfect match after 1,5 months of testing all kinds of options. So what are the cons? For me, none. For you - they are meant for smaller rooms, I would not consider them "powerful" by any means. They sound like a superb SMALL speaker and never fool you into being something other than that. You will never get a "wall of sound rumbling bass kinda festival feel" from them. This product is for someone who enjoys the detailed, musical and accurate sound and prefers the nuances over raw power.
