Sound good
I have them in all six of my studios and I am very happy with them. Using them with sonarworks
Balanced and detailed sound without ear fatigue
Well-balanced and natural sound. The sound is full without muddiness and the detail is good. Bass is fast, clear and deep for its size. Mid is natural and treble is smooth with great but not exceptional amount of detail, which is more than enough for real life usage without ear fatigue.
nice and clear
If you want a clear and not altered listening, are great.
I mostly use them for giving feedback on mixing or mastering, and for fidelity listening, mostly jazz and classical music.
The best speakers I have ever had
The best speakers I have ever had. I previesly used Yamaha H8 (which I didn't much about), them JBL 305mk2 (I still love them), but this ones perfect fit my bedroom. They sound right in your erars, what is a small disadvantage when use them for listening music in general, but they really shine when you work! It's few months already but I still enjoy using them a lot!
Best cost benefit
Best entry-level audio monitors on the market. Quality, workmanship and support from Adam Audio in every way, plus a 5-year extended warranty upon product registration. Thank you Adam Audio!
1,5 years later
Lovely speakers. I had Yamaha HS7's in the past which I decided to sell when I moved to a new location, then bought the T5V's. I don't miss the HS7's at all. These are absolutely wonderful.
Pretty cool for small studios
Great for a bedroom musitians and small studios. They serve me well for over a 3 years now.
I mix on headphones and check the mix on them and I use them for tracking sessions with bands for a playback. They are great for that :))
only if you like to hear compositions details at the expense of level of bass
I considered several different monitor pairs and my top two candidates were: KRK Rokit and Adam T5V. Settled on choosing them.
In terms of listening music I mostly have no questions, sometimes I feel lack of bass, but I used to this. Sometimes having less bass gives you another perception of the scene.
In terms of watching movies and twitch - well, I would rather change my mind and go with KRK Rokit.
Anyway, 4.5 out of 5, wonderful well-built monitors
Don't expect a miracle
I have a suspicion that these are ordinary HI-Fi. Just with a flashy brand. Bass, even rocky ones, can be heard badly. Well, ADAM
Good sound, bass over mids and highs
Bass heavier but overall balanced. Pristine sound. However a little hiss when in idle.
