Suspect quality
I bought 2 Brooks units, a Canyon unit and a Cascade unit. This devices have a lot of nice features, but one of the units connection would not work a Brooks unit, the Cascade unit started smoking after 30 mins of use, and this Canyon unit has a loose nut and knob. That's a lot to go wrong on 4 units.
