Exactly as described and pictured here. Untreated so perfect for a Danish oil finish. Only slight issue is fret ends not polished but easily fixed by using masking tape on the board, then 800-1200 wet and dry on the edges. Polish and done. Fits perfectly into both fender and squire bodies.

Great quality neck. Full fat back profile. Good workmanship. This is my third Allparts neck. But bevare: This is not a "plug and play" guitar neck. The fret ends needs to be rounded, and the neck needs a finish. Frets in general can require a fret dress, too. Nut needs to be installed, also (1-5/8" nut - 41mm narrow nut). I was after a neck that I could finish myself due to a strong preference to have a tung oil finish. My Allparts neck had a beautiful wood structure that I was able to highlight using an alcohol-based wood stain. It comes sanded however some difficult spots needed some more sanding to get decent quality. The fretwork is pretty good and it's actually playable without further levelling. It's just a shame that they used narrow vintage frets, because jumbo would be my type. Overall, I think it's a great neck, I find it nicer than the stock one on my MIM Telecaster.

I bought this to replace the neck on my American Performer anniversary edition. Only noticed when I received the neck that it was a Mexican build with the small headstock, the same as on the Vintera. Although it's great, I decided not to make the change and keep the new neck for a Fender partscaster I have planned. No reflection on the neck, it looks great.
