Bought it to use as a speaker for Zoom G5n. 10/10 sound

Love the sound, build quality and weight. It's loud enough for my needs, which is bedroom noodling and an occasional pub/cafe gig.

Klasse - und fÃ¼r das Geld ein SchnÃ¤ppchen

Klein, leicht, laut, gut abgestimmt, roadtauglich ... wir haben 3 TS308 in Betrieb, als Monitore und fÃ¼r Keyboards, mit bis 5 Auftritten pro Woche, und ich kann die Dinger nur loben.

A headrush to use for amp modeling...

A rose by any other name is still a rose...and this is perfectly suited for monitoring yourself using electric guitar amp modelers. Don't think you have to spend the extra for the Headrush. You're not going to use this as direct sound anyways (though I actually have done that live - and it sound fine). This works perfect as a monitor and actually at a smallish venue (150 people crammed into a small room), I've used it as direct sound (mounted on a stand). It works and sounds good. I use line out, not xlr, from a Boss GT1000. XLR out has some hiss (maybe due to the microphone preamp in the unit but its really not a significant amount even so).
