Timbre is good, but I had to throw them out :(
I've changed strings for 30 years - never did I encounter the issue I had with these strings: The treble E string had completely bad intonation - almost a semitone at the 12th fret. I ended up having to throw out the three trebles. Together with this set, I purchased a set of Zaffiro, also from Aquila. This time the G string had issues. My conclusion is that i was iether extremely unlucky or Aquila have serious quality issues.
