I have never used the Red Series before, but it was lovely since the first strumming. The sound is good and the chord are soft, very easy to play, very high quality.
I addition to that, the red color gives a special look to your ukulele, it is pretty nice!

Fishing Line would be better
I love Aquila strings, but not the Red Series. Weak sound, very fragile, stay away from the RED! Go for the Regular ones!
