Actually very very good

For this price it's actually very very good!

I use it sparingly mostly, but it can drive things quite nicely and give a very good tone to what's going through it.

Not a top of the line unit, but, still very very good for the price

A great budget compressor.

Loads of options with this compressor and it works like a charm. I've had situations where it clicked a little. You could hear it engaging. Increasing the Attack a little takes care of that though. But I'm very happy with my purchase. I use it a lot in my home studio.

Great unit

I had used a few compressor units in the past with mixed results but with the ART SCL2 I found ease of use with great quality of build.

Once set up this unit gave me the kind of control I had been looking for but never quite found.

This unit is used as part of a band set up to control vocal peaks and gives us a much more balanced / controlled sound which is exactly what we were looking for.
