Behringer B1200D Pro

I use two B1200D's together with two B112D's in my rehearsal room.

They are also tested in parties (50+ people). They give you the bass you need. And then some..

Punchy and Loud!

Great bit of kit, bought one to compliment my ceilidh bands' Mackie Thumps and have bought a second one to use both with my function band!

Love the crossover, super handy and the boost is great for tweaking depending on the room!

Great

Great sound, good looks, easy to carry - good handle design. A great base for upper speaker on pole above. Makes a pro setup. Used for DJ gigs. Great 'thump' sub-base added to the music.

Great value for money

This little sub does the job well. It sounds nice and punchy and with the low boost it can sound beastly. It's perfect for solo gigs (I use a kick and put my guitar through it too), however I tried it in a duo gig outside with a drummer and I had to go pick up a larger sub as this wasn't powerful enough. Maybe indoors it would have worked.

Also if you're looking to use a stand on it

I love this little thing for solo gigs though.

Good for what I use it

I play solo acoustic shows with a stomp. Therefore I needed a sub to carry the sound of the stomp but I still didn't want to have something huge and heavy.

In the pubs I've played it definitely makes a big difference though when playing outdoors it's not loud enough.

Small size for easily handling with good punch for the bucks

Was expecting a good product from Behringer as always. Pleased about size and weight as intended, to be easy handling. Power is good enough being aware it is just an 12" driver. If I ever need to make this choice again, I will do the same. No cons. as cannot expect a higher performance for the size and price. Good job.

Good Bass

I work as a mobile DJ. At various events with up to 50 people, I use two such subwoofers and two small Behringer B112D speakers :) The sound is enough for a small dance floor and it is quite good :) The red overload indicator is not very clear - when it is off, the bass is clearly not enough, and on the contrary, when the indicator shows overload, the bass turns out to be powerful and clean - you have to constantly play with overload :)

There are no more complaints :) Great design, compact size, good weight, convenient handles for repacking :) I put 5 stars :)

A lot for the money

Very compact and easy to carry. The crossover isn't actually adjustable - the woofer crosses over at 100hz. The adjustable knob for frequency just decides where the sub stops its output. I don't see a reason to set it any lower than 100hz because this would give a "gab" in frequencies, and I don't see a reason to put it higher as this would create an overlap. Wish it actually had an adjustable crossover. Other than that, the sub gives a decent sound and is good value for money.

Small sub

Really good sound for its size.
