Behringer B1800XP
Active Subwoofer

Very good subwoofer
The subwoofer sounds very powerful as you can expect from 18" sub. Sounds very deep and accurate for the 18" sub. It is intended for live situation but I use it as my control room/monitor subwoofer and it works in that regards very well. I give for "features" 4 points because the subwoofer doesn´t have very flexible EQ onboard. But in case you have possibility to EQ/make room correction in your DAC or DAC software it is not problem at all. I use the sub with settings crossover at 70 Hz, without 40 Hz boost on subwoofer onboard EQ. It looks like with the crossover frequency 70 Hz it is perfect. If any corrections are needed then only ultra low below 40 Hz but I don´t miss that low part so most of times I use the sub B1800XP without any EQ correction. In conclusion the B1800XP is very powerful and fine sounding subwoofer. It can be use not only in live situations but as control room/home hi-fi subwoofer. The amp of the sub sounds very pure and much better than many many quality brand hi-fi subs (e.g. compared to some older Dali 12" sub the B1800XP sounds much much better.

Perfect
Sound good , very good bass, just very have to move it.
Deep bass for a reasonable price
After over 3 months of using B1800XP I've come to conclusion that this 18 inch active subwoofer was worth the price. Of course the 3000 advertised watts are no way near reality because the driver is about 800 w rms and 6 ohms and pushing a little harder it hits the limiter light very quickly, however, this sub delivers deep and clean bass and I love the boost frequency feature. I'm using this sub with two B615D tops. Be aware and get some help with lifting this thing because it's heavy. I've bought a portable luggage trolley that can handle up to 90 Kg so transporting this sub became much easier job. But if you have to carry it up or down the stairs - get some help.
After all, I can recommend this sub. If your budged allows you, maybe consider buying two because you will want more power and sound volume. Beware of heavy weight and be smart about it. Don't use this sub to perform deadlifts like in the gym.
Experience
My experience for this subwoofer is very best for me, i really appreciate the lower frequency it gives me the bass i want my audience to here. My only problem is the weight. I recommend for any one who needs bass to get one of this super bass subwoofer
