Muddy Waters Poor Treble
The sound is what Amps are all about. I compared this to a much older Stagg 150W Monitor Amp. The Stagg has better Bass, better treble., more Clarity from Drum tracks, Cymbals without Sibilance and a generally clear sound. On this Amp with the treble turned all the way up it still didn't come through on the high notes. Strangely enough it did score well on female vocals. The Bass is Muddy/Mushy. In summation, seems to be well made, well appointed but Amps as I said are about sound, and this is a poorly executed item. Lastly while soak testing the power supply ran very hot with no sound going into it. Shame
The best loudspeaker under 200 Eyro
Two years i have it as monitor,no problems,no issues,I am satisfied at all.
Brilliant Loudspeaker
Excellent stage monitor for a small venue that puts on live bands 4 nights a week. Very robust and will take a few knocks - it has not let us down yet.
I have had one of these for several years now and I use it regularly. Sometimes I use mounted on a poll as a PA amp for small performances, other times as an on-stage wedge monitor. It works well in both roles.
Overall, I have found the sound quality to be pretty good. I feel it is a bit "boomy" at the low end, but clarity is generally good and there is plenty of power.
Behringer gear seems to be looked down on for its build quality here, but I have no complaints about this: it is built like a tank and after several years of use hasn't given me any trouble (although I do tend to be rather careful of my equipment).
Plastic sound bass
Speakers for a good price. Do not expect much from this device. Case plastic - so the sound of plastic too. Super quality is not to be expected from the sound - boomy bass but did not play music. Not a bad choice for background music or simply monitor when you do not really need the music sound like in the wooden PA. It is a good combo set with stands Millenium BS-2211B MKII Set, because it is not very heavy in the stands.
Great speaker
I have one B212D which I have used for at least hundred small gigs(acoustic guitar and voice on that single speaker), I bought it used and it still works perfectly. It is actually too powerful for some tinyvenues so I have decided to buy this smaller version, sounds great and is a lot easier to carry around. I use it combined with Phonic AM440D mixer, and it sounds great.
Ok for the most features
It tends to distort when the sound pressure is big. Anyway, for the rest, it is very capable. It has 10'' woofers, great for basses, I believe it is enough for small pubs and bar. When coupled with a separated subwoofer, it is indeed a great set of speakers: it can works as open air amplification.
I would recommend, it's great, it does its work, even if you have to pay a bit of attention when pressing a lot, it can fail in the sound for high volume pressures.
Super
Verry good kvality and sound....
Excellent speaker
I didn't expect this speaker to be as good as it turned out to be because it's not expensive. Fiddles sound wonderful through these speakers - a real bonus because they are notoriously hard to get good amplified sound. Excellent,
Great sound. Great value
Good, clear sound over whole frequency range. Good build quality. Very portable and excellent value. We use two of these with a Yamaha Mg10 mixer - a great system for around £500
