Used in a bar for 80's - 90's nights.

They are really great for the price.

One of our B212B died (2 small caps blown + 1 transistor).

Perfect PA for my needs

This speaker really has some serious punch. I'm amazed by its ability to provide clean sound at high volumes, while at the same time being as light and handle-able as it is.

It's got great versatility where it can easily be used both vertically (like on a stand) and horizontally (as a floor monitor). the material is heavy duty enough for me to use it as a foot rest when using it as a monitor.

I have recommended this to other people as it's great value for money.

Review of the Behringer Euro live B212D

I'm a Drummer and needed a monitoring system, in some venue's it can be difficult to hear the rest of the Band, so I purchased this active speaker, I find it ideal, it's just the right size for transporting & the sound is first class !

lovely speaker for a handy party, you just have to bring your decks and that speakers! no amp needed, it's really handy when you move around alot and the party is pretty small

Great Full Range Speakers for all!

Behringer make fantastic gear and these speakers are something incredible. Really good clear sound with bass highs and mids. Great for all DJs , singers, musicians, bands.

I'd recommend these speakers to everyone and I have had great experience with them so far. When i set them up with my mixer the sound quality is amazing through a loop pedal with kick sound.

The controls at the back to control volume , bass and highs are a fantastic feature, and there is good weight in them so the sound is fantastic in any setting, i hope to purchase a bass bin system to match up with it.

for the price, the build quality is second to none, nice thick solid plastic and great speakers.

Powerful & Compact

Got this product just in time as the price went up significantly only a few days later. I use a pair of these as PA speakers with my band, as DJ speakers and as monitors when using a bigger rig. I ecko what a couple of other reviewers say about locking jack sockets. This would have been a better option. The spaeaker mounts work very well. I use them with Millenium speaker stands and they are very stable. They are slightly awkward as monitors. Its easy to crush the jack socket if the speaker is moved but the moulding of the cab to facilitate the use as a monitor is a real bunus. DJ wise, if I had bought them soley for that use I would have bought the 15" versions but if you dont want that kind of size or weight these are excellent for such a small cab size. I would definitely recomend them at the old price but since the increase they are closer to the price of some better cabs. That is something Beringer should consider

These speakers are great! I use them as PA with Behringer Xenyx X1204 for live gigs. The sound they produce is really great and balanced with clarity to all the spectrum.

Pros: Tough construction, great sound, portable.

Cons: A little bit heavy for carrying.

Brilliant speaker at a good price. Clear, punchy, powerful. I use it as a monitor but I prefer it to the 15" Operas that I use as my pa speakers.

A clever choice for allround powered speakers

I needed reasonable powered speakers for small venues, partys.

Became impressed of the compact size, yet enough powerfull and at a really nice price.

As I earlier used Behringer PA with nice experience, I wanted to try the B212D.

I have used a pair of this model some month. I am satisfied with the quality of the product. Very compact, handy to grab and transport. I'd like to wish more robust knobs for level and equalizer though. You can reach far with the sound quality of this allround model.

An extra plus for the possibility to fasten some gear at the top of the loudspeaker in a screw hole.

I have tried both the unbalanced 1/4 jack and the balanced XLR contact to connect

this loudspeaker to my mixer. Using the 1/4 I experienced unacceptable high humming noise. I recommend to use the balanced XLR, the noise is much-much lower, nothing to worry about, fine for me.

I woud buy this model again.

Very powerful, great sound quality and a cheap price!

These are great speakers for all types of events that need high quality sound!

You can have them really quiet or ear bumping loud and the sound quality is going to remain great!

Really nice bass and the high's are very clear aswell. I also like the EQ's on the back for stand alone functionality.

The build quality is great! Very sturdy plastic build, haven't got a scratch on them after using them for weeks on the road!

These are some great speakers and I definitely recommend getting these for all kinds of PA setups!

These are great little powered cabs, great for duos and sound reinforcement,or monitors they pack a punch.

good speakrs

i got the speakers and i have don't a good couple of gigs and i am very happy with the sound and the look of the speakers. they don't look big and might put some people off them but the sound is unreal. they are very easy to move and store away witch saves a lot of hassle. i would recommend them to anyone looking to get started off. there light wight and and very easy to set up when out for a gig they are very powerful for the size of them and i would have to say there one of the best speakers i have used Ina long time i wouldn't use any other speakers the sound is 100% and it only tick up about 5 to 10 minutes for me to sent up my hole set up any one would be able to set them up but i would also recommend to get a 2 or 3 channel mixer if your a DJ as you wont be crossing over and you can put them further apart and have a better sound going from the speakers

Powered speakers

Very good for the money, could do with locking XLR sockets. Sound is quite good for music but could do with more midrange if used as vocal monitors, although still good for the money.

Good sound but needs a sub

I was very happy with this box ! Great quality but if you want to throw a real party for dancing you'll need a subwoofer ! Are also nice to see with there design and not too heavy. So great box but fore real dancing parties count a subwoofer in !

The speakers work very well but the other one on the pair is a bit disappointing in sound quality. We thinking of returning it. overall we are impressed.

Eurolive B212D

These speakers are great value for money, giving excellent sound levels and quality from a truly portable speaker. These can be carried easily, stored and transported easily and deliver a great sound from the 12" speaker with plenty of power in the amp. Great for medium size venues or to daisy chain with other active speakers.

Very pleasantly surprised.

I could not believe the quality and punch from these. I bought 2 as backline for a keyboard playing piano, horns, organ, strings, clav and even electric guitar samples. The top end is very crisp, and the LF range is full without resorting to cheap boom eq tricks. I honestly didn't expect much from speakers so much smaller than the 450W cabs I was replacing, but they blew the old ones out the water. They don't shriek, I have never had them past half volume, and they remain clean and clear with plenty of headroom. They handle the dynamic ranges really well, and even at low signal and high output, there is no backgound noise - excellent SNR. Overall, very pleased with these, and even more so not to be breaking my back moving big cabs at the end of gigs. Great value for money and as usual, despatched with great efficiency and speed.

Very good speaker for the price

I bought one a year a go and got a cheap sub along with it off of eBay and have been doing houseparty's with it ever since, very loud and clear sound from it, the sub I have is 250w rms and the sub does peak well before this speaker does. I recently bought another one of these and now I am able to play in pubs. Great product for the price.
